Professional Membership Terms

Introduction

These professional membership terms (“Terms”) outline the rights and obligations of members of the Tamil Tech Entrepreneur Council (“TTEC”). By becoming a member, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Membership Eligibility

• TTEC membership is open to individuals who are actively involved in the tech entrepreneurial field.
  
•  Prospective members should demonstrate a commitment to the objectives and values of TTEC.
• Membership acceptance is subject to review and approval by TTEC.

Membership Benefits

•  As a member of TTEC, you will have access to a range of benefits, including:

• Networking opportunities with fellow tech entrepreneurs.
• Participation in TTEC events, workshops, and conferences.
• Access to exclusive resources, industry insights, and market trends.
• Promotion of your tech entrepreneurial ventures through TTEC’s channels.
• Opportunities for collaboration and partnerships within the tech ecosystem.

Membership Fees

• TTEC membership requires payment of an annual membership fee, the amount of which will be determined by TTEC’s Board of Directors.
  
• Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before membership benefits are activated.
  
• TTEC reserves the right to revise membership fees with prior notice.
  

Membership Duration and Renewal

• TTEC membership is valid for one year from the date of acceptance.
• Members will receive a renewal notice prior to the expiration of their membership term.
  
• Members have the option to renew their membership by paying the annual membership fee for the subsequent year.
  

Code of Conduct

• TTEC expects all members to adhere to a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.
  
• Members should respect the diversity and inclusivity of the tech entrepreneurial community.
  
• Any violation of the code of conduct may result in termination of membership at TTEC’s discretion.
  

Termination of Membership

• TTEC reserves the right to terminate or suspend a member’s membership for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of the code of conduct or failure to comply with these Terms.
  
• Termination of membership will result in the loss of all membership benefits, and any outstanding membership fees will not be refunded.
  

Confidentiality

• Members may have access to confidential information shared within TTEC’s community.
  
• Members are expected to maintain the confidentiality of such information and refrain from sharing it with external parties without proper authorization.
  

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where TTEC is registered.

Amendments

• TTEC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
  
•  Members will be notified of any changes to these Terms, and continued membership implies acceptance of the amended Terms.
